Andrea is an active member of the Velvet Hills Chorus. Andrea's quarteting experience started with a twelve year stint in Imagine That! where she sang Baritone. More recently she is proud to have earned a 5th place regional quartet medal in 2005 singing Bass with her past quartet Cool Change. As the long distance member of Impulse, the drive to practice is a bit longer than before but it does give one time to warm up! The others come down to the Springs regularly to share the burden so it's all good! Singing with Impulse has been lots of fun and helped her advance her craft leading to a 1st place Regional medal and 17th place International finish!

She lives in Colorado Springs with her husband Leon and their very shy cat, Midnite. She and Leon have two beautiful daughters, Heather and Emilie (both members of Velvet Hills Chorus) and two new Sons-In-Law (Adam and Chad respectively) as they were both married this year! Not one to be idle, she is the head Bingo manager, co-choreographer, and a member of the Music and Education Resource Team. If that weren't enough, she’s the financial manager of The Institute for Health Realities, a nutritional counseling and research office.
